Overview

Record natural, expressive Peruvian Spanish for text-to-speech research and a client's internal customer-experience AI Agent. Experienced actors and newcomers with a clear expressive voice and suitable recording setup are welcome.

Applications are ongoing and voices are onboarded on a rolling basis. Recordings are exclusively for this internal CX AI Agent and will not be sold, licensed or reused for another product, dataset or purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Record conversational, narrative, instructional and other scripts at high quality.
  • Deliver natural, expressive speech with controlled tone, pacing and pronunciation. Keep voice, accent and delivery consistent between sessions.
  • Follow guidelines for environment, microphone setup and file formats. Provide multiple takes varying emotion, emphasis and style when requested.

Requirements

  • Female native Peruvian Spanish speaker currently based in Peru.
  • Clear, natural and expressive voice; prior acting, narration or broadcast work is useful but not required.
  • Professional or near-professional recording setup, including a good microphone, quiet space and pop filter.
  • Strong intonation, diction and emotional range, with precise script following and natural delivery.
  • Availability for one approximately 4-hour session, with a possible additional similar-length session later.
  • Apply only if comfortable with voice cloning for the client's internal CX AI Agent. Recordings will not be sold or reused outside that use.

Preferred

  • TTS, audiobook, IVR or AI voice-dataset recording experience.
  • Audio-editing familiarity, such as Audacity, Adobe Audition or Reaper.
  • Ability to perform conversational, corporate, energetic, calm and other vocal styles.

Engagement and pay

  • USD $50-$100 per hour. One recording session of approximately 4 hours; a second similar-length session may follow if needed, but is not guaranteed.
  • Independent-contractor engagement with remote work on your own schedule.
  • Project scope and length may be extended, reduced or ended early according to project needs and performance.
  • The work does not involve confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client or institution.
  • Payments are weekly through Stripe or Wise for services rendered.
  • Exact session date is not stated.

Eligibility

  • Currently based in Peru; female native Peruvian Spanish is required.
  • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported.
