Review Spanish and English AI questions and answers about government services for natural, understandable wording. Everyday experience matters; no AI, translation or technical background is needed.
Responsibilities
- Read questions and answers in both languages and judge naturalness, clarity and ease of following them.
- Flag confusing or stiff wording and phrases that sound poorly translated. Give honest, specific feedback in your own words and suggest simple improvements.
Requirements
- Spanish-dominant or fluent bilingual Spanish/English.
- Recent personal experience with a U.S. government service or document.
- Comfortable with basic online tasks such as forms, clear honest feedback and reliable on-time communication.
- Patience with step-by-step review and willingness to explain feedback in your own words. US-based.
Preferred
- Rural or smaller-community residence; helping family/friends with government services or documents.
Engagement and pay
