  • A track record of building scalable services and APIs.
  • Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing.
  • Solid code-review instincts.

  • A strong grasp of algorithms, data structures and foundational computer science concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Engagement and pay

  • Listed pay: $30–$100 per hour. Pay is output-based: experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications.
  • A minimum number of task submissions per week applies; the listing doesn't state the number.
  • Contractor, about 15 hours a week, remote. Flexible schedule: you choose the hours and days, including weekends if you like.
  • Process: apply and answer the screening questions, complete an AI interview (about 15/20 minutes), a technical assessment (tentative), then a hiring-manager review. Interview and assessment stages are to be completed without outside assistance, and the same applies to project work.
  • Roles typically fill within 48 hours; first tasks are expected within 24–48 hours of finishing onboarding.
  • The listing states 100 openings.
