Responsibilities

- Assess IT proposals for architecture and implementation gaps.
- Share team-leadership, coaching and knowledge-transfer practices.
- Review documentation, workflows and process designs.
- Join structured discussions and written assignments.
Requirements
- Required skills: IT Strategy, Systems Architecture, Team Leadership, Vendor Management, Security Compliance.
Preferred
- At least 5 years as an IT/Systems Manager leading technical teams or enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with IT strategy, architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Strong vendor-management, contract evaluation and third-party integration background.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR and risk management.
- Explain technical concepts clearly in writing and speech.
- Experience mentoring or coaching IT professionals.
- Assess documentation and workflows from an IT management perspective.
Engagement and pay
