Review whether AI questions and answers on government services sound natural, make sense and would help someone with your experience. No AI or technical background is needed.
Responsibilities
- Read service questions, including Medicare, and judge whether real people would ask them.
- Explain what is clear, helpful or confusing in AI answers; provide honest, specific feedback in your own words.
- Suggest simple wording or content changes for clearer questions and answers.
Requirements
- Age 60 or over is listed in Required Skills.
- Recent personal experience with Medicare or another U.S. government service.
- Comfortable with basic online tasks such as forms; clear, honest, specific feedback. US-based.
Preferred
- Living in a rural or smaller community; helping a spouse, parent or friend with a government service.
Engagement and pay
- $50-$150/hour (USD). Remote contractor, 5-10 hours/week on a short-term project. Exact start/end dates are not stated.
