Overview
Expert senior software engineers review code patches generated by an LLM for the repository (or repositories) they maintain, and give a professional assessment of each, to help train next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated code patches and give detailed feedback on each.
- Write a justification for every assessment.
- Peer-review work submitted by other experts.
Requirements
- Clear open-source contributions, with a public profile showing them (such as GitHub or GitLab).
Preferred
- Experience maintaining an open-source repository.
- Experience reviewing code from contributors.
Engagement and pay
- Listed pay: $150–$300 per hour. Pay is output-based: experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications, and the time a task takes varies with experience and workflow.
- A minimum number of task submissions per week applies; the listing doesn’t state the number.
- Contractor, 15 hours per week, remote. Flexible schedule: any hours or days, as long as there is constant activity.
- Process: apply and answer the screening questions, complete an AI interview (about 10 minutes), then a hiring-manager review.
- Roles typically fill within 48 hours; first tasks are expected within 24–48 hours of finishing onboarding.
- The listing states 10 openings.
Eligibility
- Location: remote, open globally.
